Veuve Cliquot Follow Up

Bubbles, bubbles, bubbles, everywhere bubbles!!! If you missed our Veuve Cliquot event on Monday, you missed a great tasting experience. Pierre Casenave, the winemaker, at Veuve Cliquot was our host. He was a wealth of knowledge and a joy to listen to. We were lucky enough to taste through his awesome champagnes including Veuve La Grande Dame, Veuve La Grande Dame Rose and the 2008 vintage brut. I have been a Veuve fan for years but have never been lucky enough to taste La Grand Dame Rose. OMG, it was wonderful, elegant, and perfect!! The 2008 vintage brut was out of this world and a bottle is now resting in my wine rack for New Years, if it stays there that long!!!!
